Customs Management Department Technical Trip Program

As students of the Customs Management Department of Bucak Zeliha Tolunay Applied Technology and Business School and members of the Customs Trade Society, we had the opportunity to conduct a technical trip to Q Terminals Antalya and Solmaz Customs Consultancy operating in Antalya.

This technical trip, which was quite productive in terms of allowing our students to observe the theoretical knowledge they have acquired throughout their education in the field, closely understand the workings of the sector, and experience the dynamics of their profession, has made significant contributions to their professional development.

We would like to thank Mr. Orhan Candemir, the Operations Planning Officer who opened the doors for us and sincerely shared his knowledge and experience, and Ms. Tuğba Tuncel, who closely attended to us at Q Terminals Antalya Port.

Additionally, we express our gratitude to Mr. Mehmet Üzüm, the owner of Solmaz Customs Consultancy, Director Mr. Ferhat Çalışkan, and Customs Consultant Mr. Ahmet Orhan Okuryazar for their valuable contributions and sharing.

We extend our gratitude to the Head of the Customs Management Department, Dr. Faculty Member Süreyya Kovacı, Dr. Faculty Member Zeynep Dereli, and Research Assistant Elif Sena Malatyalıoğlu, who guided our students in this meaningful organization and always made their support felt.
