2026-2027 Education-Teaching Fall Semester Horizontal Transfer Results

Our university's 2026-2027 Education-Teaching Fall Semester horizontal transfer results will be announced through the Student Information System (ÖBS). Candidates who have gained the right to register will complete their registrations online during the announced dates. If the main candidates do not register within the specified period, the vacant quotas will be allocated to the reserve candidates in order.

RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT DATE:        19.08.2026 17:00

• Main Candidate Final Registration Date: 20.08.2026 (00:01) – 21.08.2026 (23:59)
• 1st Reserve Candidate Final Registration Date: 24.08.2026 (10:00 – 23:59)
• 2nd Reserve Candidate Final Registration Date: 25.08.2026 (10:00 – 23:59)
• 3rd Reserve Candidate Final Registration Date: 26.08.2026 (10:00 – 23:59)

Important Information: Reserve candidate registration processes will only be active if there is a vacancy, in the order of the relevant candidate and on the specified dates.

DISCONTINUATION PROCESS

Students who register by gaining the right to horizontal transfer do not need to carry out any discontinuation process from their current universities. The discontinuation process will be conducted through official correspondence between the two institutions.

EXEMPTION and ADAPTATION PROCESSES

Exemption and adaptation applications will be accepted online through the Student Information System (ÖBS). Candidates who register will receive an information SMS, and it is kindly requested to follow the announcements related to the process at https://www.mehmetakif.edu.tr/tr.
