Announcement About the Participation of Students Who Could Not Attend Midterm Exams in Fall Semester End-of-Semester and Make-up Exams

In our university, Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, an amendment was made to the Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulation with the Official Gazette dated 10/07/2019 and numbered 30827. With the amendment, the condition "It is mandatory to participate in the midterm exam/exams conducted during the semester/year of the course." was introduced. However, based on the information received by our Rectorate, it was understood that students were not aware of the amendment made in the regulation and therefore did not participate in the midterm exams. In order to prevent the extension of the semester and to avoid any grievances for the students who did not/could not participate in the midterm exam/exams of the Fall Semester of the 2019-2020 Academic Year, it was ensured that they participate in the final and make-up exams of the Fall Semester of the 2019-2020 Academic Year with the decision of our University Senate dated 29.11.2019 and numbered 373/3.
