2019-2020 EDUCATION-TEACHING YEAR FALL SEMESTER END SINGLE COURSE EXAMINATION ATTENTION OF OUR STUDENTS WHO WILL TAKE THE EXAM


Students who will take the single course exam to be held on 30.01.2019 for the 2019-2020 Education-Teaching Year Fall Semester must fill out, sign, and scan the attached single course exam form by 12:00 on Wednesday, 29.01.2019, and send it primarily via email (ztyo@mehmetakif.edu.tr), and they must definitely bring the original petition with them when coming to the exam. (For students who are out of town) Those who are not out of town can fill out the form by hand and submit it. The exam schedule will be published in the coming days. The single course exam form is attached.

NOTE: Students who do not complete on-the-job training cannot take the single course exam.

Students who took the make-up exam in the Fall Semester can submit their single course exam petitions after all grades are announced.

Single course exams ARTICLE 21 – (Title amended: R.G.16/09/2008-26699)

(1) For the single course exam; students who are at the graduation stage, except for the compulsory internship work, who have failed only one course regardless of the semester and have attended that course, and students who have passed all their courses or are considered successful but cannot graduate because their weighted general grade point average is below 2.00, can take the exam from any course of the last four semesters to raise their weighted general grade point average.

(2) (Amended: R.G.10/07/2019-30827) Students who want to benefit from the single course exam right must apply to the unit they are affiliated with, with a petition specifying the course they want to take the exam for; students whose applications are accepted by the unit administrative board must pay the contribution fee/tuition fee for the relevant semester and have registered for the relevant course. Exams are held on the dates specified in the academic calendars.

(3) The grade obtained in the single course exam is processed according to the principles in Article 23 of this Regulation and is included in the AGNO.
