New Coronavirus Disease Pandemic Education-Teaching Processes (Registration Freezing Procedures)

At the Higher Education Executive Board meeting of the Higher Education Council Presidency dated 31.03.2020,

1- Associate, undergraduate and graduate level students who are enrolled and studying, if they request, to freeze their registrations in the Spring Semester of the 2019-2020 Academic Year and not to count the frozen period from the maximum period,

2- For students who are in the thesis stage of their graduate education, whether they can benefit from the registration freeze process to be evaluated by the University Administrative Board with the approval of their advisors,

3- It has been decided that these decisions are limited to the Spring Semester of the 2019-2020 Academic Year.

Within the framework of measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), students who want to freeze their registration can apply Student Information System (OBİS) on the Application Procedures screen online until 20.04.2020.
