From the 2017-2018 Academic Year onwards, students who have exhausted their maximum period of study and have been dismissed, but who have fulfilled the attendance requirement and have been given two additional exam rights for the courses they failed (whether they used this right or not), in accordance with the decision of the Higher Education General Assembly dated 27.09.2021, taking into account the conditions of the Covid-19 Pandemic, it has been deemed appropriate to grant two additional exam rights for the courses they have never taken and the courses they failed due to absenteeism, provided that they apply by the end of business on Monday, January 31, 2022, to be implemented once in the Fall Semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year.

Our students; can apply in person or by mail/post/cargo to the Faculty/School/Vocational School where they are studying by filling out the form available on our Directorate's page (https://oidb.mehmetakif.edu.tr/form/134/677/formlar) along with a petition by the specified deadline, and applications made after the end of business on Monday, January 31, 2022, will not be considered.

The principles mentioned in the announcement text are of a notification nature, and no additional written notification will be made to the students.
