• Students who have gained the right to Horizontal Transfer must register in person or through a proxy appointed by a notary at our School's student affairs office within working hours on 14-15/02/2022.
• The responsibility for the documents submitted by students applying for Horizontal Transfer lies with them. If an irregular situation is detected, their registration will be canceled even if they have registered.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WILL BE BROUGHT FOR REGISTRATION:

• High School Diploma or Certified Copy, if available
• 6 Passport Photos
• Photocopy of Identity Card
• Student Identity Card from the University of Origin
• Document Indicating No Objection to Horizontal Transfer (The student will obtain it from the currently enrolled school.)

In accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1 of our University's Associate and Undergraduate Exemption and Adaptation Directive;

 

1) Students who transfer horizontally to the same program with their general grade point average or Central Placement Score (pursuant to Additional Article-1) and students who transfer within the institution are adapted to the relevant semester/year of the class they transferred to;

2) Students who come to a different program with their Central Placement Score (pursuant to Additional Article-1) are adapted to the relevant semester of the first year. However, after the student's exemption procedures, their adaptation to the relevant semester/year may be rearranged according to their exemption.

3) Students who transfer with the Vertical Transfer Exam are adapted to the fifth semester.

4) Students who benefit from the amnesty law continue their education from the semester they left off.

5) The adaptation of students who transfer horizontally between the first and second education programs of the same program is made to the class they are in, and their grades are transferred as they are.

Pursuant to paragraph (ç) of Article 6, “Students continue to attend the courses in the classes they are adapted to until their exemption procedures are completed. After the exemption procedures are completed, the provisions regarding the obligation to attend courses in our University's Associate and Undergraduate Education-Teaching Regulation are applied from the date the decisions are notified to the student.”

According to the items listed above, the class adaptations of students whose horizontal transfer applications are accepted are determined within the scope of the directive.
