• Students who have gained the right to Horizontal Transfer must register (Principal) on September 4-05, 2023, within working hours, by PERSONALLY APPLYING TO OUR SCHOOL'S STUDENT AFFAIRS UNIT OR THROUGH A PROXY APPOINTED BY A NOTARY.
• The responsibility for the documents submitted by students applying for Horizontal Transfer lies with them. In case of any irregularity and its detection, their registration will be deleted even if they have registered.
• Our university is authorized to take necessary legal actions against candidates who register by making false statements.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WILL BE BROUGHT FOR REGISTRATION
• Certified Copy of High School Diploma
• Copy of Identity Card
• 1 Passport Photo
• Student Identity Card of the University They Came From
• Document Indicating No Objection to Horizontal Transfer (The student will obtain it from the school they are currently enrolled in.)

THE ORIGINALS OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS UPLOADED DURING THE APPLICATION MUST BE PRESENTED DURING REGISTRATION
• The OSYM Result Document showing the YGS, LYS, or YKS Placement Results and All Score Types submitted during the student's admission to the university, (for Additional Article-1 applications),
• Student Status Document obtained from the higher education institution they are enrolled in or through the e-government platform (can be QR coded, e-signed, or wet signed),
• Approved or QR coded grade sheet/grade transcript/transcript document showing all the courses taken by the student up to the period they want to transfer to, excluding the preparatory class (Documents in a foreign language must be translated into Turkish.),
• Students who have attended a preparatory class or frozen their registration must document their status,
• An official document showing that students in the second education program are in the top ten percent at the end of the relevant academic semester,
• Approved or QR coded Course Contents (course curriculum), (Students who do not submit course contents will be adapted to the first year.),
• Document regarding whether they have received a disciplinary penalty,
• In applications made from Higher Education Institutions Abroad, for programs where success ranking is not required, the central placement score in the valid score type for the diploma program they want to transfer to must be equal to or higher than the lowest base score of equivalent diploma programs in other universities in the country,
