Between the dates of June 04-07, 2024, our students who are doing Vocational Training in the Workplace, the Vocational Training Report in the Workplace (in CD format) and the Workplace Official Student Evaluation Form will be delivered to the Department Secretariat by cargo or by hand. The Workplace Official Student Evaluation Form will be delivered in a sealed envelope and the envelope will be stamped and signed by the responsible official to indicate that it has not been opened. On the CD containing the Vocational Training Report in the Workplace, the student's name-surname, department, and the name of the internship advisor will be written with a CD pen. The Vocational Training Report in the Workplace can be prepared in Word or Pdf format.
