About the Application Process for Vocational Training (Internship) in the Business

The internship (Vocational Training in Business) processes of our college students are conducted digitally through the university's staj.maku.edu.tr and MakuNet platforms. To avoid any grievances, it is necessary to carefully follow the 6 steps mentioned below:

Company Registration
The company/institution where the internship will be conducted must first register on the system via the staj.maku.edu.tr address.

Student Application
The student searches for the company where they will intern using the Tax Identification Number on the system and submits the internship application.

Company/Institution Approval
The application is approved through the system by the relevant company or institution.

Department Head Approval
After the company approval, the application is evaluated and approved by the relevant Department Head.

Directorate Approval
In the final stage, the application is systemically approved by the College Administration (College Directorate).

Completion of the Process
With the completion of all approvals, the internship application process is officially concluded.

Important Note:
It is entirely the student's responsibility to follow all stages of the application, check whether the approvals are completed, and finalize the process on time. For your questions, you need to contact the relevant Department Headship.

Additionally, regarding internships with a start date of January 23, 2026, and an end date of February 3, 2026 within the scope of digital internship; it is mandatory for students to upload their necessary documents to the system completely to enable their internship entries.
