As known, the "Atatürk İlkeleri ve İnkılap Tarihi" course and the "Türk Dili" course are conducted within our unit through the distance education method. According to the senate decision, it was decided that the midterm exams of these courses would be conducted online (electronically). A meeting was held with the Atatürk İlkeleri ve İnkılap Tarihi Department Head and the Türk Dili Department Head, and the midterm exam schedule was determined in the decisions taken after the meeting. According to the decisions taken;

- The midterm exams of these two courses will be held on the same day.

- In the Distance Education Management System for both courses, the exams will be activated at 09:00, and the system will be closed at 22:00 on the same day.

- Students can log into the system at any time within the specified time frame to take their exams.

- Once the exam starts, the "exam durations" begin. The exam ends after the specified exam duration has passed.

- If a student cannot take the exam on the exam day due to an excuse, they will "Apply to the Management of the Academic Unit for Their Excuse" as in regular courses, and if the management deems it appropriate, a "Make-up Exam" will be conducted for the student. The Academic Unit must notify our Center of the students who will take the Make-up Exam.

For this, it is sufficient to notify us of the information of the student whose excuse is accepted via email from their academic unit email to uzem@mehmetakif.edu.tr.

- If students experience any issues during the midterm exam, they can write their problem to uzak@mehmetakif.edu.tr to get support.
