In terms of monitoring the health status of our college students, our students who have had or will have Covid-19 disease or have been in contact, must fill out the form attached to the announcement with a supporting document (PCR test result, proof of contact, etc.) and send it to our college's e-mail address (ztyo@mehmetakif.edu.tr).
