Horizontal Transfer Quotas and Calendar
2021-2022 Academic Year Spring Semester horizontal transfer applications within the framework of quotas January 10 - February 9, 2022 between the dates ASSOCIATE and BACHELOR'S diploma programs for horizontal transfer application https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/YatayGecisBasvuruFormu through the address online will be made.
THERE IS NO NEED TO APPLY IN PERSON OR BY MAIL.
v With General Weighted Grade Point Average Associate Degree Inter-Institutional (Domestic) Same Program,
v With General Weighted Grade Point Average Associate Degree and Bachelor's Degree Intra-Institutional Same Program,
v With Central Placement Score (Additional Article 1) (Domestic) Associate Degree and Bachelor's Degree Same or Different Program,
They will be able to apply.

Our university is authorized to take necessary legal actions against candidates who register by making false statements.
APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
Ø The OSYM Result Document showing the YGS, LYS or YKS Results/YKS Placement Results (All score types) submitted by the student during admission to the university, (for Additional Article-1 applications)
Ø Student (Status) Certificate obtained from the higher education institution where the student is enrolled (it will be QR coded, e-signed or wet signed),
Ø An approved official document showing the names, credits, and grades of all courses taken by the student up to the semester they wish to transfer to, excluding the preparatory class, and the weighted grade point average according to the credits (grade chart/grade breakdown/transcript). (Documents in foreign languages must be translated into Turkish.)
Ø Students who have studied in the preparatory class or have frozen their registration must document their status,
Ø Students studying in the second education program and ranking in the top ten percent at the end of the relevant academic semester; an approved official document showing that they are in the top ten percent,
Ø Approved course contents (course curriculum), (Students who do not submit course contents will be placed in the first year.)
Ø Document regarding whether they have received a disciplinary penalty,
