Provided that it is limited to the Fall Semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year, in order to prevent students who tested positive for COVID-19 during the Final/Make-up exams process from experiencing grievances such as loss of term and rights, our University Senate has decided;

*To grant an additional exam right (make-up exam) between February 14-18, 2022, which corresponds to 14 days after the end dates of the make-up exams, to the students of the School of Tourism and Hotel Management and Yeşilova İsmail Akın Vocational School, to conduct all exams in the make-up exam face-to-face, and to ensure that the make-up registration renewals of the relevant students for the Spring Semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year are carried out by the unit student affairs between February 21-23,

*To grant an additional exam right (make-up exam) between February 21-25, 2022, which corresponds to 14 days after the end date of the make-up exams, to all academic units of our University, except for the above-mentioned academic units, to conduct all exams in the make-up exam face-to-face, and to ensure that the make-up registration renewals of the relevant students for the Spring Semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year are carried out by the unit student affairs between February 28-March 02, 2022.

Students who tested positive for Coronavirus ("COVID-19") in the relevant exams will be able to apply by filling out the attached petition format and sending it along with the documents declaring their positive status to the unit email addresses.
