The cooperation protocol between the Directorate General of Migration Management (GİB) and the Directorate General of Lifelong Learning (HBÖGM) states that an 8-hour "Social Cohesion and Life Education Program (SUYE)" has been developed to facilitate the social, economic, and cultural integration of all adult foreigners with legal residence rights in our country, especially Syrians under temporary protection. It has been communicated through the relevant letter that a "SUYE Provincial Commission" should be established to coordinate the training. At the end of the mentioned training, certificates will be issued to the students, and this certificate will be used in all future transactions. Regarding the specified training; *Participation in the 8-hour training is mandatory, and if the student does not attend this training, they will be subjected to 160 hours of training to obtain the certificate later, *All foreign students will be divided into 3 groups and will participate in the training programs specified in the attached list (relevant date and location information) as notified to our Rectorate by the relevant institution, and it has been deemed appropriate by our Rectorate for the students to be considered on leave on the relevant dates. Ensuring the participation of foreign students in the SUYE training program on the specified date and time, the training will be held on 23.03.2022 at 13:30 in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Conference Hall and on 24.03.2022-25.03.2022 at 13:30 in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Conference Hall.
