The 2nd Human Resources Summit I. Session organized by our Vocational School was held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 13:30 by the Secretary General of the Western Mediterranean Development Foundation (BAGEV), Ms. Gülşen ARAS, with the topic "The Key to Success in Interviews & Effective CV Preparation". Ms. ARAS emphasized the importance of CV preparation and how to behave in interviews. The II. Session was held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at 13:30 by Mr. Adil GÜRKAN, Corporate Communication and Training Director of Kilit Hospitality Group, and Mr. İhsan SOMUNCU, Human Resources Director of Kilit Hospitality Group, with the topics "Dream" and "Career Journey". Mr. GÜRKAN and Mr. SOMUNCU stated that students should have goals and dreams by giving examples of successful business people around them. At the end of their speeches, the speakers, who stated that they wanted to work with the students, collected CVs from the students. The III. Session was held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at 15:30 by Ms. Burcu TOPCU EKELİK, Professional Coach, ATC, Trainer, Consultant of BE U Coaching, Training, Consultancy, with the topic "Communication Management". Ms. EKELİK touched upon the communication process, types of communication, effective communication, and the importance of communication in success.
At the end of the summit, the speakers were thanked, and plaques and certificates of sapling donations made on behalf of the speakers were presented by the Director of the Vocational School, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Osman AKIN.
