(1st and 2nd Additional Exam) Announcement of Additional Exam Right for Our Students Who Have Completed the Maximum Study Period

For our Vocational School students who have completed their maximum duration but have not graduated, Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulation Article 6. In accordance with the article, 2 (two) additional exams will be held.

Only students who enrolled in 2015 (who have completed their maximum duration) and students who enrolled before 2015 and officially froze their registration for one year can participate in the relevant additional exams. These students do not have any other additional exam rights.

They can take the exams, except for the exams of the courses they failed due to absenteeism and the courses they never took, if they apply for the other exams. (Students who will take the exam need to pay the fee, but it is beneficial to confirm whether they can take the exams or which courses they can take the exams for before paying the fee) After the additional exams, if our students have 6 or more courses left (including the courses they never took), their registrations will be deleted. Students who have 5 or fewer courses left (including the courses they never took) will be given an additional period of 3 semesters if they participate in the exam, and 4 semesters if they do not participate. Those who cannot graduate at the end of the additional period will have their registrations deleted. Students who have 1 course left, including the courses they never took, will be given unlimited semester rights.

1. ADDITIONAL EXAM: It will be held between September 12 – September 16, 2022 (It must be sent to ztyo@mehmetakif.edu.tr by September 07, 2022.

2. ADDITIONAL EXAM: It will be held between September 19 – September 23, 2021.( Application petitions must be sent to ztyo@mehmetakif.edu.tr by September 15, 2022.

STUDENTS WHO WILL TAKE THE EXAM ARE STRONGLY REQUESTED TO CONFIRM WHETHER THEY CAN TAKE THE EXAM BY CALLING THE SCHOOL BEFORE PAYING THE FEE. (OTHERWISE, UNNECESSARY FEE PAYMENT WILL BE MADE)

Students who will participate in the exam need to pay the fee and apply. Our students can apply for the exam with the attached sample petition (it is sufficient to send the fee receipt along with the petition) to the school email.
