Within the theme of From Universal Knowledge to Social Contribution of our university, Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Osman Koyuncu, one of the academic staff of our School of Management Information Systems Department, gave a training on "Good Leadership" in an online seminar held on 28.01.2024 upon the invitation of İyilik Üretenler Derneği.

Within the scope of the training, Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Osman Koyuncu drew attention to the search for the ideal society and ideal leader from ancient times to the present and gave examples from studies on the characteristics of a good leader. He provided information on the importance of leadership in the activities of Non-Governmental Organizations to the participants, who are volunteers of the association that operates to meet the needs of disadvantaged groups in society and to contribute to the training of leaders with high academic equipment and social sensitivities, and stated that such activities should be increased in the construction of virtuous societies.

The seminar ended with the experience sharing and recommendations on NGO leadership by the founder of the association, Beyoğlu 57th Notary Hatice Uşaklıoğlu, who is also from Bucak.
