(1) In line with the strategic plan and objectives of the vocational school, to establish the institution's internal and external quality assurance system related to the evaluation and improvement of the quality of education, training, research activities, and administrative services, to determine institutional indicators, and to carry out the studies to be conducted within this scope in accordance with the procedures and principles determined by the Higher Education Quality Board, and to submit these studies for the approval of the vocational school management,
(2) To carry out internal evaluation studies and to prepare the annual institutional evaluation report containing the results of institutional evaluation and quality improvement studies and to present it to the senate, to announce the approved annual institutional evaluation report to the public on the University's website,
(3) To make the necessary preparations in the external evaluation process, to provide all kinds of support to the Higher Education Quality Board and external evaluator institutions,
(4) Periodically every year, by the beginning of the next calendar year, to create and implement its own annual internal evaluation report, periodic review results, work schedule for the next calendar year, and improvement action plans,
(5) To report the data received from the departments to ensure the standard at the vocational school level in its studies and reports,
(6) To carry out improvement studies related to the areas identified in the internal and external evaluation reports that need improvement.

Within the scope of the unit quality assurance system, our University aims to use human resources, physical spaces, and educational environments efficiently and effectively in line with our 2022-2026 Strategic Plan to achieve our college mission and vision.
In our vocational school, studies related to the quality assurance system are carried out in coordination by our Department Heads, Heads of Main Science Branches, Boards-Coordinators, and Unit Quality Commission, in line with the goals specified at our University's https://kalite.mehmetakif.edu.tr address. The department-unit evaluations sent by our University throughout the year are evaluated by our vocational school's academic units and department heads, and issues related to improving quality are reviewed within the scope of these evaluation results.
Our students can convey their requests and complaints to us through ÖDEMER (Student Support Center) (ÖDEMER)
In the diploma supplement, information about the graduation date, diploma number, level of the degree obtained, its content and areas of use, the University's education and assessment principles, and the national education system is included. The diploma supplement is prepared electronically by the Student Affairs Department based on a model developed by the European Commission, the Council of Europe, and UNESCO/CEPES according to the Student Affairs Information Management System and is signed by the Head of the Student Affairs Department with an e-signature/wet signature.

Our college's educational and teaching objectives and program outcomes of the undergraduate programs conducted in academic units are evaluated within the “Turkey Higher Education Qualifications Framework (TYYÇ)” and specific qualifications for the field are also taken into consideration. Educational programs are made according to the goals set by the TYYÇ, which was developed within the scope of the “European Higher Education Area Qualifications Framework”. For example; course credits are credited based on the student workload required to acquire the knowledge, skills, and competencies determined in the “Turkey Higher Education Qualifications Framework” and foreseen on a program basis, and educational programs are implemented as 30 ECTS per semester. In the educational and teaching activities carried out in our college, the design based on student workload is determined by considering YÖKAK and ECTS. In our college, in the calculation of ECTS, 30 ECTS corresponds to a 1-semester workload, and 60 ECTS corresponds to a 1-year workload. The educational objectives and program outcomes of the programs are planned to present what the student will learn based on program outcomes in a measurable way during the learning process. ECTS are publicly announced under the name “ECTS Information Package” on the official website of our university, at https://obs.mehmetakif.edu.tr/oibs/bologna/ in the subheadings of the academic units of our college.
ECTS studies continue in all academic units of our college (https://obs.mehmetakif.edu.tr/oibs/bologna/). In addition, our college contributes to student learning mobility through national and international protocols it has made.
